Jury Selection

The jury selection process, known as voir dire, involves questioning potential jurors to assess their impartiality and suitability. Both attorneys can ask questions to identify any biases or conflicts of interest that may affect a jurors ability to fairly decide the case. They can then dismiss certain jurors through peremptory challenges or for cause.
